Abstract
We delineate feasibility of computational clinical trial platform for therapy optimization approach to neuroprotection and neurorestoration in cerebrovascular accident or intracranial injury. Cell kinetics or drug response characteristics is quantified by systems biology model that is validated based on experimental findings of animal and human study. Platform is built on the Government’s high-speed NKN system, connecting medical centres across the country.
